Daily trend
Each day's finalized call charges in the selected month.
Dialog counts include calls being set up and answered calls. Each source has its own observation time.
MYR · excludes test traffic, credit top-ups, DID fees and operating expenses. Gross profit is revenue minus call cost; gross margin is gross profit divided by revenue. Call cost uses Genusis wholesale charges for Maxpert’s Redtone traffic and provider cost for direct traffic. New wholesale costs are estimated at the agreed rate until posted.

Up to 12 months of available history. The current month is still in progress.
Current figures refresh every 5 minutes; history every 6 hours. Corrections can change prior totals.
Read-only billing validation for the last 24 hours. These checks do not change call charges.
Daily call and billing totals, grouped by the report date. Uses the current Live CDR filters and selected customer; defaults to the last 14 days.
Existing preflight checks for registrations, listeners, policy, collectors and capacity. Passing these checks does not verify every customer's audio path. Refreshing does not start a test call.
SIP probes and registrations show signalling readiness. Call counters are a separate observation; neither confirms audio quality.
Processed call attempts and non-billable CLI blocks. Search up to 31 days. Date inputs use your browser timezone; call timestamps are shown in MYT (UTC+8).
Runs only when requested. Checks billing records matching the filters, including calls still in progress. CLI blocks have no billing entry and are excluded. An audit may take longer than a call search.
The first button exports the filters from your last successful call search, with the same row limit; newly processed records can change the file. Full CSV uses the current filters and requires one customer. Prepared files below show the most recent jobs for the selected customer, independently of the date filters.
Recorded answer and CANCEL timing, by customer and Malaysia date.
One MYT calendar day per report. Load the report to apply your selection.
Suspected calls are not SIP-confirmed. Counts use unique Call IDs whose first recorded CANCEL is after the recorded answer. Timestamps within the same recorded millisecond are listed separately as ambiguous.
A confirmed late CANCEL count requires a SIP trace: these records cannot establish the original INVITE transaction, distinguish it from a later INVITE, or prove a missing ACK. Event retention is unknown, so historical counts may be incomplete. All times below are MYT (UTC+08:00).

Outbound usage
Recorded answered time is before billing-block rounding; charged duration may be higher. ASR = completed calls ÷ attempts; ACD = average recorded answered duration; MCD = maximum recorded answered duration. No attempts means ASR is not applicable.

Choose a customer, select the numbers in its telemarketing pool, then set how many numbers to use each day. Only pool numbers are selected as rotating caller IDs.
Keep department numbers outside this pool. Choose when additions start below; current members remain in the pool.
Pool selection checks the caller ID sent by the PBX against every DID in the current pool, not just today's set. Choose the extension option to also rotate calls from any numeric PBX extension of 1–6 digits, without a + sign. Full caller IDs outside the pool keep their accepted number after normal validation and blocking. Numbers outside the pool are never selected for daily rotation. No dialling prefix is required.
Choose eligible numbers to append. Today’s caller IDs and existing calls stay unchanged. New numbers are reserved immediately and join outbound rotation tomorrow at 00:00 Malaysia time. Unassigned stock receives the saved callback route immediately. For larger pools, enable continuous rotation in Manage pool numbers.
Select stock once under DID Numbers → Rotation inventory. Choose a pool size below; this schedule can assign that many eligible DIDs and prepare each replacement automatically.
Saving with automation enabled can assign the requested number of DIDs immediately and route callbacks to the selected destination. SIP-device callbacks follow its registered address; the device must be registered to receive calls. It does not enable outbound rotation. Provider, pool size and callback timing changes apply to new pools. The retention choice applies to all unreleased automatic pools. Turning automation off pauses allocation and release; existing pools stay assigned.
To add numbers to the current pool, use Manage pool numbers above. These advanced settings control future whole-pool replacements.
Checks the saved schedule and allocates only when a pool is due. Existing pools are retained; this does not force an early replacement. Save any setting changes first.
Reserve the upcoming pool early using saved automation settings. This assigns numbers and creates their callback routes now; outbound calls keep the current pool until the next cycle. Save any setting changes first.
Read only. Uses the provider and pool size selected above, including unsaved selections. Saving enabled automation or Check allocation now can assign a due pool and create callback routes.
Current and upcoming pools are shown above. Use this section to inspect another cycle or prepare a manual pool. Choosing a date only changes the view; it does not allocate numbers.
For a manual pool, assign DIDs to this customer under DID Numbers first. Automatic pools are filled from enrolled stock. A ready pool can contain up to 10,000 distinct DIDs after gateway activation. Pools over 60 numbers use continuous rotation across month boundaries. Smaller legacy pools retain their saved 30-day behavior until converted. If the daily count exceeds the pool size, all numbers in that pool take turns. One DID gives a fixed caller ID. Saving reserves these numbers. A draft is never used for calls.
Preview includes the daily count entered above from its effective date. Save the count to apply it. Numbers are listed in new-call order.

Repeated rejection events for the same call are counted once per caller ID. These are recorded CLI blocks; other rejection reasons are shown in Operations → Monitoring.

Add numbers using Create DID Range, then enroll available numbers here once. Customer schedules select only enrolled stock from their chosen provider. Existing assignments stay manual.
Removing enrollment stops future allocation of those numbers. It does not cancel an existing reservation or callback hold. Stock eligibility also depends on the provider, number format and the customer's blocked caller IDs.
Review calls to DID numbers that were not recognized. This inbox shows the latest 100 records by last seen time; each record can contain repeated attempts.

Tracks providers used by active routes, including while WhatsApp sending is paused. Unverified means readiness could not be confirmed; it does not establish a call outage. Recovery requires 3 distinct healthy readings spanning at least 2 minutes. Recovery notices go to your global receiving number only after an initial alert was attempted for that number.
Up to 100 issues shown, ongoing first. Up to 200 recovered issues retained for 30 days. History begins when this feature starts monitoring.
Alert status describes the issue when the notice was sent. Unverified means monitoring could not confirm readiness. WhatsApp delivery is separate: Delivered or Read confirms a message receipt, not recovery of the issue.
Postpaid customers warn below the selected percentage of their credit limit. Prepaid customers warn below the selected amount. Available credit is balance plus credit limit. Set customer overrides in Edit Customer. Zero disables early warnings; exhausted credit always remains critical.

Each point is the highest recorded one-second count in the preceding five minutes, sampled once a minute. Times identify snapshots, not the exact burst second. CDR-derived; not measured at the provider connection.
Dashed lines and hollow points show provisional CDR readings: pipeline health was not confirmed when sampled; counts may be incomplete. Hover or tap a chart to inspect a reading. Keyboard: focus the chart and use the arrow keys; Esc dismisses. Dialog readings use their SBC timestamps; repeated readings are shown once. Gaps remain for unavailable data or readings over 150 seconds apart. The 5xx rate is not plotted when there are no attempts.
Compare failure rates with dialogs and CPS.
Use SIP traces to verify response origin. A carrier can also forward downstream failures.
Dialogs include setup, ringing and answered calls in both directions. Their original SBC sample time is retained; they are not answered-only concurrency. CPS and outcomes cover outbound CDRs only, so these scopes differ.
CPS is derived from recorded CDR start times, not SIP packets. Rates use calls started in the preceding five minutes; pending calls can change the outcome later. Windows overlap: do not sum their counts. Collector delay can undercount recent traffic.
History holds up to six hours of minute samples, starting when monitoring was enabled. Gaps are not filled, and sampled peaks can miss short bursts. No confirmed upstream limit is currently configured. This page never changes routing or starts test calls.
503 / other 5xx: resource failure is possible but origin is unverified. 408: timeout with unconfirmed cause. Busy / unavailable: not capacity proof. Local-capacity rejects are unavailable per provider, not zero.
